Gym owners are billed monthly based on active member count. You may cancel your Shindo subscription at any time through the admin billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are provided for the platform fee.
If you cancel, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Cancellation and refund policies for gym memberships, session packs, and other services are set by the individual gym owner, not by Shindo. Members must contact their gym directly for cancellations and refund requests.
Shindo provides the technology platform but does not control gym-specific policies.
Session packs are typically non-refundable once purchased, unless the gym owner explicitly offers refunds. Unused sessions may expire based on the gym's stated policy. Contact your gym for specifics.
Refund policies for physical goods or merchandise purchased through the Shindo shop are determined by the individual gym. Shindo processes the payment but the gym handles fulfillment and returns.
Members may dispute charges through their bank or credit card issuer. Chargebacks are handled according to Stripe's policies. Gym owners may be required to provide evidence to dispute invalid chargeback claims. Excessive chargebacks may result in account review or suspension.
